I bought a car from this dealership few weeks ago. I loved everything about this place. My experience of buying a car was never easy and simple before. Salesman Brett was very professional and helpful during the buying process and informed me about the car, the price in advance and it went very smooth. Within two hours I drove out with the car.

Bought a beautiful used 2021 Ford F-150 from this fantastic group. Led by Robert Dams, signed and financed by Marco. I can’t express enough how awesome of a group of people work at this dealer. They completely flip what you thought you ever knew about buying a car and dealing with salesman. They didn’t jerk me around or try blowing smoke up my tailpipe. Straightforward, honest and as accommodating as I could’ve ever hope for from a car buying experience. Can’t recommend this place and their staff enough
The experience from beginning to end was amazing. We are definitely in different times for buying cars and never have we purchased a car sight unseen but it did not disappoint. Zach and Nick worked with us through everything and maintained good communication throughout the whole process. It took 2 weeks but my baby came sooner than expected and I am beyond in love. I recommend this dealer and Zach especially to anyone looking for a Honda. He worked with us and got me into an awesome car I now love. Keep up the good work guys!
I highly recommend Keating Honda for your new vehicle! And also highly recommended asking for Doha. He made my experience so fast and easy. I received a fair price for my trade in, and walked out with a great price on my 2022 Honda Pilot! The finance team was great as well. They have a great inventory to choose from, and will work with you to get you into the car you want.

Can’t thank Doha enough for the experience we had at Keating Honda! By far the best car salesman I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Super professional, knowledgeable & he clearly believes in doing the right thing. Smart & funny guy that was able to get us into a brand new accord within the week. In this day & age cars are hard to come by & the wait is 3+ months at most dealerships… even landed us an low interest rate (also next to impossible to come by at this time) GO SEE DOHA!!! I highly recommend Mike to help with your needs. He is not a typical car dealer who tries to convince you that you need to buy all of their products. He is a straight shooter and will make you feel comfortable. I recommend Keating Honda if you do not like the typical "car dealer" atmosphere

We went in for routine service. The online scheduler was easy. The line was well managed. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, friendly, and informative. The work was done well and right in time. The waiting area was great, with a place to work and plenty of coffee. I have never had such a great service experience.
Keating Honda was great! The staff kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They fully explained exactly what needed to be done, why it needed repair & the cost. When I picked my car up, I had a chance to leave the repair pick up area and go into the show room area. Wow, it was immaculate, roomy and attractive. I was very impressed with Keating Honda and would certainly recommend it to family, friends and neighbors.
I came for the tire rotation and oil change special. The service team was backed up so my wait was about 2ish hours. Other then that, I was very pleased with the service. I do hope that my next maintenance wait will be less for the express service. I will give this location a few more visits and will try to update my review if something significant happens.
Needed an oil change and recall done on my car, I work in Houston, they allowed me to drive a loaner car for the day. They worked with me on setting up an appointment that worked with my busy schedule and communicated throughout the day on how my car was doing, etc. Love this place! Everyone is always so helpful!
Brandon, and Nate did a fantastic job helping to get me into a vehicle. I explained what I could afford and they gave me some options to choose from. The deal was very smooth from start to finish. They were honest, and flexible. I'll definitely come back here for my next vehicle.

Looked at a pre-owned Honda for my daughter. Brandon met us in the lot. Was not high pressure whatsoever. Grabbed the keys for us and we did a test drive. We told him the wife would need to come look at it the next day. He introduced us to the sales manager and we went home. Again, no high pressure sales person or sales tactics. The wife and my daughter came back the next day, drove it and started to negotiate a price. Negotiation took just a few minutes, they got a price that was more than fair and they were on their way. I would give more stars, but five is the max.
The staff is absolutely the friendliest. Chase went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my 2016 Honda Accord. Awesome people to deal with. So glad we chose Keating Honda!
Staff were attentive and courteous. Went in for a simple oil and transmission fluid change, which went without issue. Any recommended service during the following inspections were explained sufficiently, and unless it's dire -- I don't think they'd try to pressure you into it. Waiting area is spacious, and the Mars drink machine was a welcome change of pace from the typical insulated pump carafes. A/C worked, and that combined with all of the aforementioned is generally all I mind at these places.My expectations are never particularly high for dealerships, so this Honda dealership was a pleasant surprise.
Friendly staff and quick, convenient service! I made an appointment over the phone and used the drop box to leave my car early for a manufacturer recall. Everything went very well!

The service dept. was reasonable in price and timely as my car got fixed in just a few hours. They also provided free shuttle service directly to my houes and back. Great.
